Job Summary
Lead daily furniture final-mile delivery operations, manage a fleet of independent delivery contractors, and drive client satisfaction and revenue growth through route optimization and performance coaching. Oversee compliance, budgeting, and profit & loss (P&L); validate in-home furniture assembly procedures; build and maintain client relationships and secure additional routes. Requires hands-on final-mile delivery/assembly experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to operate in a metric-driven environment. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office essential. Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years in logistics/supply chain preferred; bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
