Delivery Supervisor overseeing furniture deliveries by coordinating independent contractor carriers and Diakon service representatives; build and coach teams to achieve route, billing, claims, metrics, and reporting goals; ensure safe, compliant operations and strong client relationships; manage performance, communicate expectations, and drive timely resolutions; bilingual Spanish highly preferred; requires a Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2-3 years in logistics/supply chain; hands-on management with a customer-service focus; proficient with Excel and MS Office; able to stand/walk for extended periods; in-person role in Fredericksburg, VA.
