Job Summary
Attend the Nursing & Surgical Services Hiring Event on September 14, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Rehoboth Specialty Surgical Hospital in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Meet one-on-one with a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to discuss your experience, career goals, and opportunities that align with your skills and interests. Interview directly with hiring leaders from Nursing and Surgical Services departments to explore roles in Acute Care, ICU, OR, Surgical Services, or Sterile Processing. Receive a same-day verbal offer if selected. Bring a copy of your resume with you to the hiring event.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license eligible to practice
- BLS Certification required (AHA)
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant acute care, critical care, emergency nursing, or perioperative experience preferred
- Additional specialty certifications may be required based on the position
- ACLS certification preferred and/or required after hire for select positions
- NIH Stroke Scale certification may be required based on department
- Current certification preferred where applicable
- Surgical services experience preferred
- Sterile Processing experience preferred
- CRCST certification preferred or required based on position
