Job Summary
Technician at 3M Semiconductor Lab responsible for CMP process setup and equipment maintenance for product evaluation, conducting pad and pad conditioner material-property evaluations via CMP equipment, datafication of measurements and analysis data, utilizing analytical equipment, implementing EHS practices per global policy, and providing customer technical support. Requires at least an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, proficient MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and English writing/reading ability. Two-shift contract position located at 3M Hwaseong Tech Center, Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do, Korea, Korea (KR).
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in evaluating semiconductor material properties
- MS Office (advanced Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with analysis of experimental data and operation of test equipment
- Customer technical support experience
- Ability to work in two shifts (6:00-15:00 / 14:00-23:00)
- Written/reading in English
