Job Summary
Conduct bone marrow nursing care in a high-acuity, Level 1 trauma center setting with 12-hour night shifts, three shifts per week, and 50% weekend coverage. Maintain 24 months of experience including recent Medical Surgical Unit work, Epic system proficiency, and Trauma Level 1 facility exposure. Submit to University of Iowa Hospitals (Direct) Program - Main, adhering to 14 days maximum time off and 13-week contract duration. Provide BLS certification and charge/lead references as required for onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years)
- 3 months of Epic experience
- 1 months of Trauma Level 1 facility
- Iowa license or compact license
- UIHC-Main Campus experience in similar settings (high acuity, fast-paced, level 1 trauma centers)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- 50% weekend
- Monday Now through 11/9
- 14 days maximum time off
- 2 Charge/Lead references required
- Proof of identification required
