Job Summary
Participate in 3GPP standardization meetings within SA2 or CT1 working groups to contribute to the evolution of global radio standards. Lead the creation and promotion of Intellectual Property Rights and standardization proposals while developing inventions to expand Ofinno's IP portfolio. Define and evaluate concepts for future 3GPP system architecture and NAS protocols, then present technical findings to clients and industry partners. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure research aligns with broader business objectives. This role requires a Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of 3GPP delegate experience, with a salary range reflecting various career levels.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a delegate in 3GPP standardization activities, particularly within SA2 or CT1
- Proven track record of successful contributions to 3GPP standards and activities
- Proven expertise in leading the creation of Intellectual Property in the context of 3GPP standardization
- In-depth understanding of 5GS and 6G system architecture
- Demonstrated proficiency in writing, research, and technical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
- Strong ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic priorities and organizational structures
Desired Qualifications
