Job Summary

Manufacture, assemble, and package Bioprocess Containers in a cleanroom environment by operating machinery, handling tubing and connectors, and inspecting products according to blueprints and drawings. Carry out production tasks while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instruction Documents, and Current Good Manufacturing Practices. Use various tools including computers, measuring instruments, and pallet jacks to ensure products meet quality standards through collaboration and accurate documentation. Participate in Practical Process Improvements activities and maintain focus on personal development through the site Technician Training Program. Work a full shift in a temperature-controlled, loud environment requiring the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to lift 50 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to stand and walk for full shift
  • Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, push, and grasp while performing tasks
  • Ability to use hand tools and equipment, including forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment up to 12 hours a day with additional overtime as required
  • Competency in using computers, Microsoft Office products, and inventory management systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to understand chemical safety, including interpreting labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
  • Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safety Standards
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment (no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, acrylic nails, perfume/cologne, piercings, lip balm, lotion, chewing gum, etc.)
  • Some degree of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including safety-toed boots, high visibility gear, safety glasses, cleanroom suit, hair/beard coverings, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous work experience in a cGMP environment, manufacturing, operations, production, or warehouse
