3D Printing Lab Technician, Robotics

Robotics 3D Printing Lab Technician responsible for day-to-day operation of the additive manufacturing lab, managing a fleet of 3D printers, and enabling rapid hardware iteration across the robotics organization. Develop and maintain print workflows for engineers to submit and track builds; prepare, process, and optimize print jobs across multiple technologies (FDM, SLA, SLS, MJF, PolyJet); perform post-processing and inspect parts for accuracy and quality before delivery. Partner with mechanical, electrical, and prototype engineering teams to guide material selection, print orientation, tolerancing, and manufacturability; maintain inventory and ensure high printer uptime; support as a hands-on prototype technician for builds, rework, subsystem integration, and general lab operations. Requires in-person presence in San Francisco, CA, five days a week.
