Job Summary
Manage the lifecycle of digital spare parts catalogs for the HP Inc project, ensuring accurate product data and timely releases. Coordinate activities across Engineering, Product Management, Software Development, and external suppliers while validating data quality prior to release. Track and resolve catalog-related issues, support New Product Introduction activities, and execute functional validation checks. Monitor project timelines, attend weekly update calls, and proactively address upcoming issues with the Team Lead. Actively communicate via email to respond to stakeholder questions and participate in training newcomers.
Required Qualifications
- Min 2–4 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Operations, or a similar cross-functional role within a technology or manufacturing environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Strong organizational and task management skills
- Ability to understand and manage technical product data
- Ability to work with program languages
- Experience working with ERP and/or PLM systems
- Ability to quickly learn new software applications
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and driving tasks to completion
- Experience working with enterprise information systems
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Mechanics Engineering or a related field
- Excellent communication in English / C1 (Verbal and Written)
