Job Summary
Create 3D models and surfaces for roadway, highway, bridge, and commercial construction projects. Convert these models into machine control files (SVD, SVL, .DC, .CAL, .DSZ) and generate quantities for sub-grade and roadway elements. Perform takeoffs related to construction modeling to support accurate as-built survey data. Work independently in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and timeline accountability. Periodic weekend or evening work is required as needed. Join a diverse team focused on heavy civil surveying projects.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or Trimble Business Center for 3D modeling
- Strong understanding of the heavy highway/heavy civil industry
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Accountability and dedication to timelines and quality
- Strong analytical skills and performance tracking
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Periodic weekend or evening work as required
