Job Summary
Capture on-site 3D scans and HDR photos for residential and commercial real estate as a 1099 contractor. Use Matterport and DSLR gear to produce high-quality visual assets. Schedule-flexible, project-based compensation (typically $70–$100/hour equivalent; most jobs start at $70+). Requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, W-9 with EIN, and COI. Must travel to various job sites regionally and operate independently with strong customer service and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in real estate photography or related field
- Ability to conduct on-site 3D scans and HDR photography using Matterport and DSLR gear
- Reliable internet connection and transportation to travel to job sites
- Current and legal driver's license
- W-9 form with valid EIN and provide a current Certificate of Insurance upon onboarding
- Ability to work as an independent contractor (1099)
- Equipment capability: Full-Frame DSLR or Mirrorless camera, wide-angle lens (14–16mm), sturdy tripod, Matterport Pro3 camera
- Ability to complete remote certification course and submit a test photoshoot
