3D Design & Implementation Specialist, CLO

Job Summary
Present inspiring software demos and product presentations to guide corporate clients in their 3D implementation strategies. Provide technical support for CLO, CLO-SET, and CONNECT solutions while monitoring software utilization to identify growth opportunities. Train new and existing users on-site and off-site, create tutorial videos and PDF guides, and develop 3D content for social media. Collaborate with developers to resolve bugs and beta test software releases, and partner with other departments to resolve user challenges. Work with global brands and local teams to facilitate events and drive user engagement, requiring international travel. Start Feb 1st, 2025; legally authorized to work in Germany required.
Required Qualifications
- Strong base in the CLO Software and/or Marvelous Designer
- Knowledge of our platforms CONNECT and CLO-SET
- Experience as a designer or pattern maker, preferably in the apparel industry, with a strong understanding of garment construction and the apparel/accessory development process
- Excellent knowledge in Pattern Making
- Knowledge in the Adobe suit is a must (especially Photoshop & Illustrator)
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be legally authorized to work in Germany
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of other 2D CAD software (Modaris, Gerber, Optitex, etc.)
- Knowledge of other 3D software (blender, Rhino, 3dsMax, etc.)
- An additional language
- Be user focused and pedagogical
- Resourceful - with a can do attitude, takes initiative and is self-driven
- Team player and a great ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and professional presentation skills
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to invest in long-term
- Tech-savvy and interested in new technologies related to 3D and the apparel and textile industry
