Job Summary
3D CAD drawer responsible for creating and modifying Autodesk Inventor 3D models and detailed manufacturing drawings, BOMs, converting 2D sketches to full 3D assemblies, collaborating with shop floor/manufacturing to ensure designs are manufacturable, assisting with inventory documentation, reviewing and adjusting designs for fit/function/manufacturability, and coordinating with multiple locations including virtual assistants; role includes potential team leadership and requires on-site work at Maysville, KY.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor (3D modeling, assemblies, detail drawings)
- Strong understanding of mechanical drafting standards, dimensioning, tolerances
- Some experience with inventory or parts documentation is a plus
- Good communication skills; ability to work with production/manufacturing
- Reliable, detail oriented, able to meet deadlines
- Ability to work on site
