Job Summary
Produce 3D models and visualisations displaying design intent for signature hospitality projects, focusing on concept-stage efficiency. Collaborate with architectural and design teams to develop sketches into architectural concepts, creating bespoke materials, textures in 3D Max and Corona, and modeling furniture from sketches or references. Put forward design concept ideas based on client requirements for review and provide fast sketch renders for internal interior and exterior previews. Work in an agile environment using project management software like Jira to support exterior, interior, and architecture projects. Fully remote role with CET or UK hours; no visa sponsorship. Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture or Interior Design required with 5+ years CGI Exterior and 3+ years CGI Interior experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Solid experience as CGI Exterior Designer (not less than 5 years/ No finished projects)
- Experience as CGI Interior Designer (not less than 3 years / No finished projects)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in 3ds max, Vray, Corona, Lumion and other visualisation tools
- Professional level of English, both written and verbal
- Portfolio is a must
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
