3D ANIMATOR (SENIOR)

Job Summary
Senior 3D Animator responsible for delivering high-end animation with strong acting and storytelling, taking ownership of complex shots, collaborating with leads/supervisors to translate creative direction into final animation, providing constructive feedback to peers, maintaining consistency in style and continuity, anticipating challenges, proposing efficiency improvements, and providing reliable task estimates to meet deadlines. Must work on-site in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, or remotely from the Canary Islands, with project-based contract and potential for continued work on future projects.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in animation production
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-level acting and performance
- Ability to mentor and support other team members
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable mindset
- Proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus)
