Job Summary
Join the Michaels team as a 3am Truck Team Member, where you will engage with customers to deliver friendly service and assist them with shopping. Responsibilities include fast and friendly checkout experiences, truck unloading, merchandise stocking, and maintaining store recovery standards. Actively participate in store recovery and comply with operational procedures. You will support customer engagement through various programs and assist with inventory and safety initiatives. This role requires the ability to handle physical tasks, such as lifting and moving merchandise.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
- Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older
Desired Qualifications
- Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
