3861 Filler Operator Mechanic I Night Shift (Goldsboro)

Set up, troubleshoot, repair, and operate capping and pasteurizing equipment in the Capping and Pasteurizing Department while monitoring food safety and quality critical limits. Adjust brine flow and line speed, visually inspect capping quality, and manually lift boxes of caps into hopper stations. Perform daily and weekly operational checks, maintain assigned work areas through PMs and 5S, and track downtime records. Assist in rebuilding capper parts, train seasonal laborers, and occasionally drive a forklift. Complete company training modules for two qualified pieces of equipment and follow all safety rules.
