Job Summary
Experienced Process Maintenance Technician with mechanical and electrical skills for high-volume food processing. Responsible for setup, startup/shutdown of relish-line equipment (blenders, heat exchanger), monitoring production parameters, real-time adjustments, assisting Operators/ O/Ms and maintenance, ensuring food safety and quality, training new personnel, and performing duties of related roles when the relish line is not in operation. Requires reading mechanical drawings, using precision tools, strong troubleshooting, and collaborating with operations, maintenance, and engineering.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 3+ years hands-on mechanical work in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, or related field
- Ability to read mechanical drawings
- Use of precision measurement tools
