Job Summary
Conduct long-term 1-on-1 private duty nursing for disabled pediatric and adult patients on g-tubes, trachs, and vents in the Chicagoland Area. Provide care for specific cases including a 1.5 y/o female patient requiring ventilation support on Tuesdays and Fridays from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Maintain valid LPN or RN licensure in Illinois with minimum one year of direct patient care experience and current CPR certification. PPE is provided for all duties. Flexible scheduling options available for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles in 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Illinois
- Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care working as an RN / LPN
- Valid CPR card
- Proof of citizenship or authorization for employment in the United States
- Background check
- Pre-employment drug screening
- Pre-employment physical
