Job Summary
Perform residential home repair and maintenance across multiple trades for a defined territory (40-50 homes). Responsibilities include carpentry, painting/drywall patching, plumbing, electrical work, and smart-home device installation; provide outstanding customer service and develop trust with homeowners; use a field-app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules; work Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm with no evenings, weekends, or on-call. Requires 5+ years of hands-on multi-trade experience, strong troubleshooting, a customer-focused mindset, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of handyman or multi-trade experience required
- Skilled across multiple trade areas (carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical)
- Prior work as maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber, or electrician strongly preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability; able to assess and fix home issues independently
- Attention to detail (clean caulk lines, professional patching, painting)
- Customer-friendly attitude; strong communication and proactive approach
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; comfortable with ladders/scaffolding up to 12 feet
