Job Summary
Provide welcoming, personalized service to all customers, assisting with product selection, shade recommendations, and application while practicing proper hygiene guidelines. Stay current on Westman Atelier products and brand guidelines, actively participating in training meetings to implement learnings on the job. Maintain consistent clienteling and follow-up, record and report out-of-stock items to ensure timely replenishment, and keep counters and testers clean. Achieve all targets and KPIs including AUS and IPT metrics. This full-time role requires 37.5 hours/week and fully flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.

Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail industry experience, specifically within the beauty industry preferred
- Previous make-up artistry or luxury skincare experience preferred
