Job Summary
Defines customer needs in technical and business contexts. Ensures proposed cloud and IT solutions meet customer objectives; plans and prioritizes business analysis activities for large projects; elicits and documents user requirements; guides both technical and customer departments; reviews problem logs, assists with test plans/matrices; validates business need for solutions; facilitates knowledge transfer about big-picture direction; provides input on business direction for system changes; mentors less experienced analysts. Required skills include strong communication, teamwork, ability to translate technical concepts for management, experience with Agile, cloud-hosted applications, Medicare domain, Jira/Confluence, TestRail/ALM; nice-to-have Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, DevOps practices, version control, automated testing, and deployment of workflows. Education and experience emphasize a Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT business analysis experience; CBAP and HIPAA/LOMA credentials preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other job related field
- 4 years of job related work experience
- 2 years of job related experience plus an associate’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or other job related degree
- 6 years of IT business analysis experience
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
- HIPAA
- LOMA
