Job Summary
Review customer orders, locate, prepare, and pack merchandise to ensure each order is accurate and ready for shipment. Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy using radio frequency scanners, sort packages by destination to create bulk orders, and help with unloading trucks and organizing boxes. Collaborate with other departments as needed while operating warehouse equipment safely. This role requires constant standing, walking, and lifting over 20 lbs regularly, with a preference for prior warehouse experience and strong attention to detail. You will work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with hours and days potentially varying based on business needs. A background screening is required for all applicants.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand, bend, lift, and move products throughout the shift
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely, if applicable
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull over 20 lbs. regularly
- Constant standing, walking, and sitting while operating a forklift (100%)
- Frequent bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling (70%)
