3500 Clinical Nurse

Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning implementation, and evaluation within the standards of nursing care for a 24-bed short-stay observation unit. Promotes patient and family centered care, educates patients and families on post-treatment care and medication administration, and collaborates with an interprofessional team to develop and document individualized care plans with defined goals. Requires RN licensure; Nursing Diploma/Associate's in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Safety-sensitive role with emphasis on patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; sign-on bonus offered.
