341 - Test Technician - 3rd Shift (onsite)

Job Summary
Conduct testing using DMM, oscilloscope, frequency generators, and spectrum analyzers while collecting, documenting, and reporting results. Evaluate test data to identify fault isolation points for test failures and verify repairs, collaborating with engineers to analyze circuits and determine data trends. Read complex electronic schematics and follow written work instructions to troubleshoot problems independently or within a team. This 3rd shift role requires U.S. citizenship, a high school diploma or two years of experience, and a Certified Electronics Technician Associate exam. New hires complete four weeks of training on the 1st shift before working the 3rd shift.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship
- HS Diploma
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Must pass the Certified Electronics Technician Associate (CETa) exam from Electronics Technicians Association – International (ETA-I)
- Must be willing and able to work 3rd shift
- Must be able to train on 1st shift for 4+ weeks
- Ability to read complex electronic schematics
- Ability to analyze circuits
- Ability to follow written work instructions
- Employ a comprehensive knowledge of electronic theory
- Basic troubleshooting
- Problem solving
- Capability of working independently
- Capability of working in a group setting
- Must be able to lift/carry equipment or parts up to 25 lbs
