340B Compliance Manager

Job Summary
Lead and manage the 340B Compliance program within a not-for-profit healthcare organization. You will oversee OPAIS registrations, internal and external audits, policy/procedure development, staff training, inventory quality assurance, and ensure adherence to 340B regulations. Responsibilities include leading the 340B team, monitoring the pharmacy database logic, coordinating audits, maintaining 340B documentation, and staying current with evolving 340B regulations. You will act as the 340B program liaison across pharmacy, finance, legal, and other departments, manage 340B policies, and prepare data reports. Ideal candidates have extensive 340B experience, the ability to lead and develop people, and certifications in compliance or 340B; healthcare experience in a not-for-profit environment is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate initiative, collaboration, and a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Legal Studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in 340B (pharmacy, compliance, or regulatory affairs)
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience leading and developing people
- Professional certifications in compliance, 340B, pharmacy (advantageous) such as Advanced 340B Operations Certificate, CCEP, CHC
- Healthcare industry experience or a healthcare-related setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to manage audits, policy/procedures, staff development, and training
- Experience with OPAIS registrations and 340B program management
- Familiarity with HIPAA/security considerations in healthcare compliance
