Job Summary
Conduct monthly audits of the 340B Pharmacy Program, including prescription, patient, hospital, payer, and site of care data, to ensure compliance with HRSA guidelines and state/federal requirements. Review policies and procedures on an ongoing basis, filter non-eligible transactions using Excel or comparable software, and audit purchasing, invoicing, shipping, and inventory processes. Perform monthly audits of contract pharmacies and Medicaid claims to prevent duplicate discount rebates, while summarizing results for the Compliance Officer and Director. Maintain copies of reports for compliance purposes and compile data to monitor program adherence.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in healthcare
- minimum of three (3) years of auditing experience
- Must have advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Regular attendance on-site is an essential function of this position
- All MAHEC employees and learners will be required to receive the Flu vaccine or have an approved exemption
- All new employees must provide valid, original I-9 documents on their first day of work

- 340B Pharmacy Program experience
- Federally Qualified Healthcare Organization (FQHC) experience
- Allscripts PM/EMR Pro software experience
- Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT)
- Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT)
- Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA)
- Spanish speaking skills
