Job Summary
Oversee the administration and compliance of the 340B Drug Pricing Program by monitoring eligibility, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to federal regulations. Build and maintain client relationships through contract negotiations, enrollment assistance, and strategic planning for long-term growth. Provide program guidance and support as a trusted advisor, analyzing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and presenting findings for strategic decision-making. Collaborate with internal teams on product demonstrations and issue resolution, while mentoring junior account executives to develop their skills. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to optimize program benefits for underserved populations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or program management, preferably with a focus on 340B
- Strong knowledge of 340B regulations, compliance issues, and pharmacy operations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, AI, and using relevant software tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time, occasional stooping, and reaching
- May require lifting up to 25 pounds

- Must be able to drive
- The travel for this position includes overnight travel and covers multi-state territory
- Cleared background check required
- Valid driver's license, clean motor vehicle record and ability to be insured by company insurance guidelines
- Candidates must live within 75 miles of a commercial airport with access to other cities in their territory
