Job Summary
Product & Implementation Specialist to support the Temple Touch Pro product portfolio across perioperative, critical care, and emergency department settings. Partners with sales to plan, coordinate, and execute product evaluations and installations; provides on-site clinical support, training, and troubleshooting; guides customers on best practices and workflow integration; analyzes outcomes post-evaluation and supports account progression. Serves as a subject matter expert on Temple Touch Pro products; contributes insights to product strategy, R&D, and forecasting; develops and maintains training materials and evaluation tools; coordinates evaluation equipment logistics and cross-functional collaboration; requires travel up to 70% and hospital credentialing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in medical sales, marketing, or clinical environment, or equivalent experience
- Strong clinical and product knowledge within hospital environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to obtain and maintain hospital credentialing
- Willingness to travel up to 70%, including early mornings and evenings as needed
