Job Summary

Lead the 33rd Annual Benefit Fashion Show as Student Director, establishing the show direction, assembling and guiding a 12+ person team of designers, photographers, and graphic design staff, coordinating with campus partners to craft marketing and day-of-show plans, curating designers, directing the photography/graphic design teams, organizing photoshoots and promotional events, managing designer recruitment and ticket sales, and ensuring timely execution through regular meetings, evaluations, and collaborations with MICA Communications, Events, Store, and Mission & Community Learning leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be a currently enrolled MICA student (junior or senior undergraduate or graduate) full time student at time of employment

Additional Requirements

  • Applicant must be enrolled as a degree-seeking student at MICA and remain in good standing through the recruitment and employment period.
