Job Summary
Inspect corridor, restroom, motor, pump, boiler, and basement areas for deficiencies, leaks, or operational anomalies. Dispatch handymen via radio Workspeed requests, operate Building Management System to track equipment, and manage winter boiler and cooling tower operations. Assist building manager with construction projects, weekly meetings, bidding, and tenant issues including lease work letter support. Order supplies, meet contractors, address emergencies, and make repairs to building systems, lobby carpets, and snow removal. Operate freight elevators, set up safety training, and coordinate preventative maintenance shutdowns off-hours. Respond to leasing tour questions and provide lease work letter support.
