Job Summary
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) delivers trauma-informed, culturally responsive clinical services to adults, children, adolescents, and families. Key responsibilities include providing individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based practices, conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, and developing and monitoring treatment plans. The role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, crisis intervention, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Candidates should possess a current New York State LCSW license, along with experience in providing clinical services and knowledge of trauma-informed care.
Required Qualifications
- Current New York State LCSW license in good standing
- Experience providing clinical services to adults, children, adolescents, and/or families
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, etc.)
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, or other languages) preferred
- School-based mental health experience
- Residential or intensive treatment experience
- OMH-licensed clinic experience
- Early childhood mental health expertise
- Experience working with high-risk, foster care, or justice-involved youth
