Job Summary
Floral Team Lead responsible for driving sales and creating high-quality bouquets and arrangements, ordering and merchandising within the Floral department, maintaining displays, ensuring safety/sanitation, and delivering memorable customer service in a fast-paced grocery setting. The role involves collaboration with store leadership on cross-merchandising and holiday execution, maintaining department standards, and supporting the team to provide a positive customer experience while upholding quality and efficiency. The position may require standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace; 18+ and potential part-time opportunities for internal transfers are noted by the employer.
Required Qualifications
- Friendly and customer service oriented
- Experience in customer service, restaurant, barista, food service, grocery or similar
- Self-motivated with high attention to detail, quality and presentation
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read, understand and follow verbal and written directions
- Ability to reliably meet required work schedule and attendance policy
- Must be 18 years of age
