Job Summary
Diesel Mechanic - Heavy Duty Trucks (310T) responsible for repairing medium to heavy-duty trucks and all models of trailers to customer and industry-standard specifications. Perform welding, inform customer/manager of completion times and expenses, submit work orders for invoicing, maintain inventory and parts, and uphold health, safety, and environmental standards. Minimum 2-5 years of diesel mechanic experience, Ontario 310T/310J license or apprenticeship, own tools or willingness to purchase, and valid G-class or AZ license. Required Qualifications
- Two - Five years of diesel mechanic (truck) experience within the heavy-duty industry (apprenticeship 2plus years)
- Registered license or apprentice 310T / 310J with skilled trades in Ontario
- Possess your own tools and/or the willingness to purchase tools required for the job as you advance in your skill level and responsibilities
- Valid G- class driver's license and/or AZ with good driving record
