Job Summary
Diesel Mechanic - Heavy Duty Trucks (310T) in Buffalo, NY. Repair medium to heavy-duty trucks and trailers, basic welding, submit work orders and pricing information, monitor job profitability, maintain inventory and parts, ensure safety and environmental standards, and demonstrate 2-5 years of diesel experience with valid 310T/310J or apprenticeship, plus tools and a G-class or AZ license. Competitive pay ($35-$45/hour) with benefits including healthcare, vacation, retirement savings, boot allowance, and EAP; on-site role with physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Two - Five years of diesel mechanic (truck) experience within the heavy-duty industry
- Registered license or apprentice 310T / 310J with skilled trades in Ontario
- Possess your own tools and/or the willingness to purchase tools required for the job
- Valid G- class driver's license and/or AZ with good driving record
