Job Summary
Diesel Mechanic - Heavy Duty Trucks in Charlotte, NC: Responsible for repairing medium to heavy-duty trucks and trailers, basic welding, communicating service times and costs, monitoring job profitability, submitting work orders, maintaining inventory and safety standards. Requires 2–5 years of diesel mechanic experience, a 310T/310J license or apprenticeship, own tools or willingness to acquire them, and a valid G-class or AZ license. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and operate in a physically demanding environment.
Required Qualifications
- Two to five years of diesel mechanic experience in heavy-duty industry
- Registered license or apprentice 310T / 310J
- Possess own tools or willingness to purchase tools
- Valid G-class driver’s license and/or AZ license
