Job Summary
Diesel Mechanic for heavy-duty trucks and trailers at Crane Carrier (Canada) Limited. Perform repairs to customer vehicles and trailers, basic welding, submit work orders for invoicing, monitor profitability and quality, maintain inventory, and adhere to safety/environmental standards. Requires 2–5 years of diesel mechanic experience in heavy-duty industry, a licensed or apprentice 310T/310J, own tools (or willingness to purchase), ability to lift 50+ lbs, and a valid G-class or AZ license.
Required Qualifications
- Two - Five years of diesel mechanic (truck) experience within the heavy-duty industry (apprenticeship 2plus years)
- Registered license or apprentice 310T / 310J with skilled trades in Ontario
- Possess your own tools and/or the willingness to purchase tools required for the job as you advance in your skill level and responsibilities
- Ability to lift part up to 50+ lbs.
- Valid G- class driver's license and/or AZ with good driving record
