Job Summary
Diesel Mechanic - Heavy Duty Trucks (310T) responsible for repairing medium to heavy-duty trucks and trailers to customer specifications. Key duties include performing repairs, basic welding, informing customers of completion times and costs, monitoring profitability, submitting work orders for invoicing, maintaining inventory, and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. Requires 2-5 years of diesel mechanic experience, a 310T/310J license, own tools (or willingness to purchase), and a valid G or AZ license. Pay is $35.00-$45.00 per hour, with benefits including health/dental/vision, vacation and holidays, retirement plan, and more. Location: Everett, WA, USA; on-site role.
Required Qualifications
- Two to Five years of diesel mechanic experience within heavy-duty industry (apprenticeship 2+ years)
- Registered license or apprentice 310T / 310J with skilled trades in Ontario
- Possess own tools and/or willingness to purchase tools required for the job
- Valid G-class driver's license and/or AZ with good driving record
