Job Summary
Diesel Mechanic responsible for repairing medium to heavy-duty trucks and trailers, with basic welding, ability to inform customers/managers of completion times and costs, monitor job profitability, submit work orders for invoicing, maintain inventory and supplies, and uphold safety and environmental standards. Requires 2–5 years of diesel experience, a licensed 310T/310J (Ontario), own tools, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and a valid G or AZ license. Pay ranges from $35.00–$45.00 per hour; benefits include health/dental/vision, vacation, retirement plan, and more.
Required Qualifications
- Two to five years of diesel mechanic experience within the heavy-duty industry (apprenticeship 2plus years)
- Registered license or apprenticeship 310T / 310J with skilled trades in Ontario
- Possess your own tools or willingness to purchase tools for progression
- Ability to lift parts up to 50+ lbs
- Valid G-class driver's license and/or AZ with good driving record
