Job Summary
Diagnose and rectify off-site service calls and emergency on-road repairs for light vehicles, heavy trucks, and equipment hydraulics, electrical, and power trains. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance while documenting daily service work to ensure shop organization. Promote and execute a safety-first culture by leading safety initiatives for employees, sub-contractors, and consultants. Assist in decision-making for outside equipment repairs and support general shop maintenance. Own your actions and results as part of the team ensuring all machinery runs smoothly.
Required Qualifications
- 310S Automotive Service Technician Licence, an asset
- Valid G license
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to take on new challenges
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Experience in repairing hydraulic and electrical systems
- Possess own set of tools
Desired Qualifications
- DZ license, an asset
- Road side service experience
- Experience with diagnostic software
- Torch and welding experience
