Job Summary
Diagnose vehicle malfunctions, perform repairs with accuracy, and complete approved service on customer vehicles. Test and adjust systems to manufacturer specifications, execute scheduled maintenance like oil changes, and maintain mechanical service equipment. Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements while operating company and customer vehicles safely. Support customer relationships by responding to inquiries and ensure all vehicles are serviced in a clean, safe environment. Requires a Licensed 310s Automotive Service Technician status, strong diagnostic skills, and valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed/310s status in the Automotive Service Technician trade
- Strong knowledge of automotive industry
- Skills required to provide mechanical service to our customers
- A diagnostic specialist that enjoys keeping up with modern technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to providing a superior customer experience
- Ability to maintain a valid driver's license
- Ability to provide a satisfactory driver's abstract from province of residence on an annual basis
