Shift Lead directs the daily activities of store team members in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers, opening and closing the store, controlling cash and completing end-of-shift procedures, and ensuring health, safety, sanitation and loss prevention standards are met. Responsible for customer service, resolving complaints, supervising full-time and part-time staff, cashier and stocking duties, communicating with customers, handling inventory, and assisting store management with operational duties. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, basic math, English proficiency, and supervisory experience is a plus; bilingual ability (Spanish) is advantageous. Must be able to travel to multiple work locations and adapt to a flexible schedule; role may include inter-departmental duties and participation in the interview process.
