Job Summary
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician needed for a busy outpatient clinic in coastal Maine. The role offers a strong compensation package with a $300K base salary, $50K sign-on, $35K housing allowance, substantial PTO (4–6 weeks), CME support, and full malpractice/benefits. Typical day includes caring for an established patient panel with 20–25 patients, no on-call requirements, and a four-day work week option. Opportunity for RVU production incentives and optional ED moonlighting. EMR is Cerner. The community emphasizes a relaxed coastal lifestyle with access to boating, hiking, and nearby Acadia National Park. Located in Portland, ME.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- MD/DO
- Active medical license in Maine or eligibility to obtain one
- Experience in outpatient primary care preferred
- Ability to manage 20-25 patients per day
