Job Summary
Supervise multiple projects daily from start to finish, overseeing crew leaders and repair technicians to ensure timely completion. Work harmoniously with sales managers and production administrators to meet customer needs while identifying and mitigating project risks. Perform install and post-install inspections to uphold company processes and standards, and review and approve payroll for hourly employees. Provide excellent customer service by working closely with homeowners throughout their projects. Requires a valid driver's license and clean driving record, with preferred experience in residential roofing. Includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid at 90 days of employment.
