Job Summary
The role requires a HP StoreServ (3PAR) Storage Subject Matter Expert to support the Customer’s Operations team through knowledge transfer and legacy storage data collection. Key responsibilities include configuring new storage, creating and maintaining documentation for the 3PAR environment, providing user training, and designing operations according to best practices. The candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in Storage Systems and experience in Adaptive Optimization, Dynamic Optimization, and Remote Copy.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of Storage Systems experience
- Expertise in HP StoreServ (3PAR) storage including Adaptive Optimization, Dynamic Optimization, Remote Copy, and design and implement storage per best practice
- Create and Maintain tracking documentation for entire 3PAR environment
- Provide best practices and templates for environment operations
- Configure new storage
- Experience Providing User Training
- Design and implement operation activities as per best practices
Desired Qualifications
- Subject Matter Expert on NetApp storage
- Excellent communication skills
