3-M Systems Manager

The role provides direct analytical support as the waterfront Preventative Maintenance System (PMS) Model and Maintenance Analyst, serving as the bridge between the program office and waterfront stakeholders. Responsibilities include analyzing maintenance actions, performing instruction analyses, conducting technical reviews of Ship Change Designs (SCDs) using Navy databases, validating maintenance against procedures and quality standards, conducting readiness risk assessments, performing Technical Assessment reviews for LCS class variants, maintaining the PMS workload model, and supporting PMS tool automation and reporting. The position requires working in a shipboard industrial environment, the ability to climb shipboard ladders, and holding a US citizenship with a secret clearance and CAC. Travel is required (approximately 15%), and preferred candidates have Navy 3-M systems experience, at-sea billets, and strong MS Office skills. The role emphasizes briefing at all organizational levels and maintaining strong team collaboration while delivering weekly progress updates and supporting program sponsor needs.
