Job Summary
Prepare, portion, and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and a food preparation checklist. Handle cold foods, operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; test and monitor food temperatures; set up/break down work station; serve portions correctly; maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety; communicate clearly with team; follow safety policies and report issues; maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
