Job Summary
Develop software across the company's full suite of products and services, taking a lead role in all stages of the software development lifecycle. Lead agile ceremonies including stand-ups, planning meetings, and retrospectives while working closely with product managers to refine requirements into deliverable user stories. Investigate, design, plan, and estimate potential projects and features, acting as a technical SME to support project teams across the business. Mentor and support other team members in professional and personal development. This role requires extensive experience with C# .NET, Angular, or Vue.js, and a strong background in web-based SaaS environments. The position is based in Nottingham with a salary up to £60K.
Required Qualifications
- Two experienced Senior Software Engineers
- Extensive experience of developing highly scalable, secure and robust systems
- Demonstrable experience of design, implementation and maintenance of web-based SaaS capable of operating in an environment with a large user base
- Significant hands-on front end web development in either Angular or Vue.js or other modern JavaScript framework
- Strong experience in C# .NET
- Creative problem-solving ability

- Experience of mentoring team members in professional and personal development
- Strong communication skills demonstrating ability to embrace other opinions and provide solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft Azure PaaS technology for application development
