Job Summary
Conduct front-of-store service from customer arrival to sale completion, including product guidance, upselling, and till processing. Maintain showroom presentation standards, process stock receive and dispatch, and adhere to strict safety protocols for lifting and climbing. Ensure exceptional customer experiences while contributing to positive sales performance and team culture. This part-time role offers 12 or 15.5 hours weekly with competitive staff discounts, training, and parental support. Required Qualifications
- Must be confident working in a retail/sales environment
- Must be able to deal with a variety of customers
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must have excellent phone manner
- Must have a team-focused attitude
- Must have a 'can do' attitude
- Must be able to lift
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to climb
- Must be available for Sunday and Monday 10am-3pm (12 Hours) or Friday 9am-5:30pm and Saturday 9am-5pm (15.5 hours)
