Job Summary
Production Supervisor leading teams on the Middletown, DE floor across Mixing, Molding & Trimming, Coating & Washing and Cleanroom; ensure cGMP compliance, drive on-time production, mentor a workforce, collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering and Quality to troubleshoot and implement improvements, monitor KPIs with paperless tracking, and uphold SOPs to support life-saving medical-grade manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent grit (preferred)
- Lean Manufacturing expertise (preferred)
- Experience in regulated (FDA/GMP) environments (preferred)
